About the PractitionerMary Sterling has been involved in gymnastics for over 15 years as both an athlete and a coach. After graduating from high school she attended the University of Idaho and graduated with a BS in Wildlife Management and a minor in Coaching with an emphasis in gymnastics. Throughout college she continued to coach gymnastics at the local gym in Idaho. After college she furthered her education by graduating from Massage Connection School of Natural Healing in Tacoma. Her goal is to help athletes maintain a healthy body during training and competition seasons.
